Head-hunter

The project " Chercheur de tête " (head-hunter) is an innovative and unique project in the Gaspésie and the Magdalan Islands which offers job searchers who live outside the MRC Côte-de-Gaspé a personalized stay and financial aid to cover the travel expenses when they have an interview for a specialized position that is difficult to fill.

The employers consider this to be advantageous for them since their bank of candidates is larger and it facilitates the recruitment of competent and enthusiastic resources who want to work and live in our region.
